With over 35 classes a week, our fitness schedule on land is the place to go if you want to tone and stretch those muscles. Our instructors will lead the way to a challenging and result driven program that will keep you entertained and coming back for more. If you love to party, the Zumba class is the one for you. Need to build muscle mass? Get up early and join in the Power Up class that will guarantee results in 6 weeks. We have Yoga for all – beginners as well as the seasoned veteran. TDFCC has a choice for everyone’s schedule and fitness level.
